Moreover, the uDiva SOFA integrates seamlessly with OSIM's Wellness Tech ecosystem, empowering users to "Measure, Monitor, Manage" their Body Tension levels via the patent-pending Photoplethysmography (PPG) Technology through the OSIM Well-Being App. This data-driven approach allows users to receive customized massage programs based on their body tension scores, ultimately helping them feel good, stress less, and sleep better.

The uDiva SOFA comes in 2 colours and materials:
Cream White two-toned performance fabric (100% Polyester): Breathable soft feel and highly durable and pill resistant. (Martindale Rub Test of more than 30,000 rubs; suitable for high levels of everyday use) and lab tested to resist stains from everyday spills, including water, coffee, tea and orange juice. Brown / Gray PVC Leatherette (100% PVC): Timeless and elegant the brown Leatherette is highly durable. (Martindale Rub Test of more than 30,000 rubs, suitable for high levels of everyday use).
Cleaning and maintenance for uDiva SOFA is easy and fuss-free.
Cream White two-toned performance fabric: For any spillage, blot dry immediately with dry cloth. For routine maintenance, vacuum the sofa thoroughly.
Note: No washing (no machine nor handwash), no bleaching, no tumble dry, no iron.
Brown / Gray PVC Leatherette: For any spillage or to clean, wipe down with dry microfibre cloth. For routine maintenance, vacuum the sofa thoroughly.
Looking for a 2-seater for a cozy corner or a sprawling 3-seater for family movie nights? Unlike fixed sofas, the uDiva SOFA is a modular massage sofa, which can be customized to any number of uDiva SOFA and seat units according to your needs or space in your house. You can also customize the configuration of where you like the seat unit(s) and uDiva SOFA massage sofa(s).

The uDiva SOFA utilizes the patent-pending Photoplethysmography (PPG) technology integrated with the OSIM Well-Being App to measure and monitor your body tension. Based on this score, the uDiva SOFA provides customized massage to help manage your stress and enhance overall well-being.
No, the uDiva SOFA would be boxed separately and each box is small enough to fit through tight spaces, such as narrow staircases, lifts and standard doorways. Our delivery team will assemble the modular sofa for you. You can specify your preferred configuration and placement of each module during delivery.
We understand the importance of trying before buying. You can visit our showroom to experience the comfort and features of our sofas firsthand. Our team will be happy to assist you with any questions and guide you through the different configurations and options available. You can explore the multiple seating configurations and find the perfect fit for your home.
A 1-year warranty is included to cover the mechanical and/or electrical defect the of the uDiva SOFA massage sofa unit. The warranty does not cover the uDiva SOFA series seat unit and console unit.
A one-time free installation is provided during delivery with the purchase of any 2-seater or larger uDiva SOFA series massage sofa. Any self-installation, modification or dismantling of the uDiva SOFA will void the warranty and OSIM will not be liable for any damages. If the uDiva SOFA is damaged due to self-installation or modification, a product service charge of $128 will apply, excluding the cost of spare parts.
Yes, you may purchase an additional uDiva SOFA massage unit after your first purchase via our website. If reconfiguration of the existing layout is required (e.g. placing the new unit in between the current setup or dismantling the current setup), there will be an additional charge of $80 with any add on purchase. Otherwise, installation is free of charge. Kindly visit your nearest OSIM outlet or contact internetsales1@osim.com.sg to purchase an additional uDiva SOFA seat unit after your first purchase.
Should you require any relocation or reconfiguration of the uDiva SOFA after your delivery and installation, an additional charge from $80 onwards will apply. Please contact customerservice@osim.com.sg for assistance.

We do not provide disposal services for existing sofas or non-OSIM massage chairs. However, we do provide disposal of OSIM massage chairs for $150 per unit, provided they are at the same address.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to purchase the seat unit of the uDiva SOFA as a standalone without the massage unit of uDiva SOFA. The seat unit is only available when purchase together with the uDiva SOFA massage unit or as an additional add-on to the existing configurations.
